ABOUT
> I found my way into tech through building, not through a classroom. Long before computer science was a subject I studied formally, it was just the thing I did after school.
> It started young — poking around ethical hacking basics around age 9-10, out of pure curiosity about how systems actually worked underneath. Around the same time I was building RC cars out of scrap motors, well before I understood what a circuit even was. At 13 I built a 2D game in Unity, mostly by breaking things and figuring out why they broke.
> Along the way I wrote two books that had nothing to do with code — a poetry collection, and a long-form essay analyzing gaps in India's education system. Different medium, same instinct: notice a problem, sit with it, and produce something real about it.
> Right now I'm on a self-directed gap year. No institutional affiliation, no assigned curriculum — I set my own scope and ship against it. That's meant competing in 24+ hackathons, including a solo finish in the top 12 of 40,000+ entrants against university teams.
> I also serve as Country Director, India for Recycle My Battery (RMB), an international NGO — running school outreach and building partnerships to get e-waste recycling programs into classrooms.
